DVSA want to visit me what should I do?

Give us a call, we can attempt to complete an overview of your operation before they visit and advise you on the types of things they will go through on the day.  Getting it wrong on the day could mean you are called to a public inquiry in front of the Traffic Commissioner and could jeopardize your operators licence

I have been called to Public Inquiry by the Traffic Commissioner what does this mean?

There are various reasons why you are being called to an inquiry, it may be because of issues in maintenance procedures and controls or the drivers hours rules, or even to determine if you are the right person to hold an operator’s licence.   Either way the Traffic Commissioner might take evidence from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency  so it is important that you are given your opportunity to understand the evidence they are going to give and have representation to ensure that valid information is either challenged or brought to the front.

Initially our aim is to understand why you have been called to the inquiry, by meeting with you we can learn more about your business and how we can help you meet the requirements of the Traffic Commissioner on the day of the inquiry.  With our hands on approach you will have the peace of mind to know we are doing the best to protect your business and your future compliance.   If you need representation we can help you find the right fit
